Mainly used for medium & top grade shopping centers, 1st phase of the project covers a land area of 40,300m2, with total floor space of 220,000m2. Of which, the area for business is 120,000m2. Furthermore, there are also 40,000m2 of 5A first-class office buildings and 60,000 m2of an international standard five-star hotel.
The first phase started on June 25th, 2009 and officially launched its construction on April 23rd, 2010. According to the plan, the podium building will be completed in August 2011 and the project will be finished in December 2012. Then in the first half of 2013, it will be open for business.
